Our property consultancy department is aimed at finding small development sites and conversions within greater Manchester and Lancashire, working with our associates we look to maximise a sites potential for profit. Interested investors then receive a proposal form outlining the costs to build or conversion along with timescales and an indication of the sites potential for profit, backed up by comparable sales figures, once the investment is met North Property take the build from ground works to completion sales, once the last property is sold the profits are split 70% in the investors favour.

All works are carried out by time-served trades men to high standards and as we only get paid if we make a profit its our job to run the site to the exact agreed costings in order to maximise the profits on completion.

The plot we are currently dealing with had been refused planning several times until we and are associates approached the local authority with a suitable plan to build a contemporary 4 bedroom detached, we plan to start the development in June 2015 and complete around December 2015.
